East Afton Farmhouse & Annex have roots that run deep in the Isle of Wight's history. Dating back to the 1700s, this beautiful farmhouse stands on the original site of theIsle of Wight Festival in 1970. Today, it offers one of the Island's most distinctive places to stay, combining historic character with modern comforts for large family gatherings, celebrations and memorable group escapes.
East Afton Farmhouse & Annex are in regular use as a wedding and events venue. As such, the property is only available to book as a holiday let within one year of your arrival date. The Farmhouse and Annex are booked together and cannot be reserved separately.

Here, you'll find Tapnell Farm Park, where the whole family can meet our cute animals and kids can spend hours bouncing, playing and making memories. Or why not try one of our activities for grown-ups and older kids, such as padel tennis, football & frisbee golf or the Island's only outdoor Aqua Park?
And let's not forget our award-winning onsite restaurant, The Cow. Here, home-cooked burgers, steaks and vegan options showcase the best of local produce. Or, if you'd rather cosy up back at home, choose a luxury hamper and settle in for a feast of fresh, locally sourced delights.
