You can pay at the Farm Park or book your ticket online. However, we highly recommend you book online in advance as we cannot guarantee entry on busy days.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, we are happy to move your booking to another date/time if there is availability. Please email hello@tapnellfarm.com. 

No. All our attractions are separate and have their own opening times and admission prices.

Yes. Our accommodation guests become Tapnell VIPs, which grants free access to the Farm Park during opening hours. You can visit as often as you like for the duration of your stay, including on check-in and check-out days.

This doesn't apply to guests staying in our Camp Tapnell Containers. We ask that Container guests pay a one-time entry fee on their first visit. After you pay this fee, you can visit for free for as long as you stay with us.

Our Season Passes offer excellent value for money and make great gifts. For a one-time, discounted payment, you get unlimited access to Tapnell Farm Park for up to seven months.

We have two types of Season Passes – one for our winter season and one for our summer season. Each is also available as a disabled person and carer pass (carers go free).

Tapnell Farm Park offers free entry to anyone providing full-time care and support to a disabled person who is also attending. We offer one free carer per disabled person only. We may ask you to show proof of your disability or carer status.

Are you planning to make multiple visits? You might be interested in our Disabled and Carer Season Pass. Available at a discounted price, it grants one free carer and one disabled person entry to the Farm Park for the whole season. Learn more about our summer passes.

Yes. A large majority of the farm park is accessible to all. We have:

• Wide, flat, undercover areas in our main play barns and animal barns
• Many easily accessible areas outside
• Disabled parking spaces in our car park
• Disabled toilets

No. We don't have any wheelchairs available to hire, so you must bring your own.

Where possible, we will give the parent or guardian plasters or wipes to carry out non-essential, basic First Aid. If staff intervention is required, they will be fully kitted out with PPE.

Within the Farm Park, you'll find The Coffee House. This offers a range of takeaway snacks, including sandwiches, sausage rolls, pasties, cakes, ice creams and hot and cold drinks. There's also our Ice Cream Hut, which is open seasonally and offers a wide range of local soft-serve ice creams.

For a heartier, sit-down meal, why not book a table at The Cow, our award-winning on-site restaurant? You'll find it outside of the Farm Park, just opposite the visitor hub.

Absolutely. There are lots of picnic benches around the Farm Park where you can tuck in to your packed lunch. We also have lots of open spaces where you can put down a picnic blanket.

No, car parking on site is free.

Yes, you are welcome to pop out to the car, just let a member of the team know.

Unfortunately, Tapnell Farm Park is not on a permanent bus route. However, during summer, you can reach us via the special, open-top Summer Links bus service. This route runs from Newport to Yarmouth and back, and is operated by Southern Vectis. Download the timetable here.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs into the Farm Park. The exception is guide/assistance dogs, provided they have paperwork and are wearing their uniforms.

Please do not leave dogs in your car or tied up outside under any circumstances.

During wet weather, we close the jumping pillows and sledge slides for your safety. When possible, our team will do their very best to reopen these attractions as quickly as they can.

If you're pregnant, you should avoid contact with newborn lambs and goat kids. As with all other visitors, we ask that you wash your hands frequently with warm water and antibacterial soap. If you have any questions, please ask a member of staff.

No. All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to gain access to the Farm Park.

There are toilets within the Farm Park. We also have three baby change and disabled access toilets and a large disability changing room. If you're attending one of our seasonal events, you can also access separate toilets within our Events Barn.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. These are clearly marked on our Farm Park map.

Yes. WiFi is available within the Farm Park.
