Stretch, strengthen and reset with yoga and barre-inspired classes at Tapnell Farm. From energising flows to restorative movement sessions, classes are designed to improve flexibility, balance and wellbeing in a peaceful countryside setting.
Barre is a low impact workout designed to strengthen, tone and lengthen the entire body by targeting deep stabilising muscles, building endurance and improving core strength and posture. Through small, precise movements and isometric holds, your muscle's are constantly challenged creating a powerful mind body connection that you'll feel long after your class ends.

Classes are on Mondays at 5.15pm and 6.30pm.
